Christmas Sausage roll competition!

We are pleased to announce that Bottle & Board will be launching a competition to find the countries best home-made sausage roll.

If you have an old, traditional family recipe that has been handed down through the generations that would like to present for scrutiny or perhaps a super, special, secret ingredient that makes your sausage roll extra festive then bring them along, and join in with the Yuletide merriment!

The exact rules and timings are yet to be finalised. Full details will be published very soon. There is ample time to dig out long forgotten recipe books and rub down and oil ancient rolling pins. (I wish that I had my Mums old rolling pin, which my dad formed from the off-cut of an Oak stair handrail.)
