New Year`s Eve at Bottle & Board.
NYE 2025,at Peterborough`s specialist Bottle shop will be a ticketed entry event! On New Year`s eve, the shop will be closed from 18.00 until midnight for a ticket entry only event. Home Smoked Salmon.
Featuring Scottish Salmon cured in a Himalayan pink sea salt, soft brown organic sugar and fresh Rosemary and Lemon zest cure. Gina and I popped out this morning to collect 3 sides of freshly caught salmon. Less than 20 minutes later we had knocked together a couple of pounds of cure which we liberally rubbed into the salmon sides. The third annual, Bottle & Board, Festive sausage roll Bake-off will take place at the shop on Sunday the 21st of December 2025. The rules are very simple. Please present, not less than eight sausage rolls to Eddie, at the shop, on Sunday between the hours of 13.00 & 15.00*. Bring your entries in whatever container best suits you.
